Welcome to Mayberry BBQ. We are full service caterers that specialize in small to medium size parties and events (25-150 people). My wife and I have both been through culinary training and can cook just about anything that strikes your fancy. We have become well known in the area for our roast pig, texas style beef brisket, chicken and ribs and southern style shrimp boils. We make everything with the freshest product available and always try to use organic when we can find it.

Most of our BBQ is smoked over apple or oak wood in a six foot wide smoker. It's in the trailer above, which is a fully licensed mobile kitchen that we can pull on site, to give your party something a little extra. Some successful events we have done include:
